KEY CARD
Should you lose your key card, please notify the front desk immediately. Key replacement is $10 and a valid picture ID required. Please return your key card to the Front Desk upon check-out.
LAUNDRY FACILITY
The guest laundry facility is located outside by the hotel lobby entrance. It is open 24 hours. Washers and dryers are coin operated. For your convenience a coin changer is available in the laundry room. In the event the coin changer is out of order you may change your bills at the front desk. Sails BBQ is open-air dining for its concept of barbequing at your table. It is open for dinner only. SAFES
Our guest rooms are equipped with safes with easy to use instructions for you to secure your valuable belongings, such as jewelry, cash or passports. Your generated password is required to open the safe. If you enter the wrong password three times consecutively, the safe will automatically switch to lock-mode for 15 minutes, after 15 minutes try your password again. Our hotel cannot be responsible for the loss of personal property during your stay.
SWIMMING POOLS
Enjoy a cool dip in the pool or just lounge in the tropical sun. The hotel has two swimming pools located in the courtyard; one large pool and one kiddie pool. The pool is open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, daily. There are no life guards on duty, for safety reasons, children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
